Larch, Huanghua pine, white pine and Korean pine have rough texture, hard wood, white color and beautiful appearance. They are mostly used in the manufacture of fine packaging, but the price is high. The problems mainly exist in hygiene, cleanliness, production stability and so on. Wood is susceptible to moisture, mildew, moth-eaten, and cannot be cleaned. In addition, the problems of chipping off the surface and corrosion of the screws cannot be overcome. Since wood is a natural material, its quality is affected by many aspects such as climate. Even with the same batch of raw materials, it is difficult to achieve the same conditions in terms of dry humidity and wind cracking. Wooden pallets have a short service life, and the number of normal use turnover is 200-300 times. Also due to hygienic reasons (mainly the infestation of longhorn beetle), since 1998, the United States and the European Union countries have successively issued bans on wooden pallets for export to China. Wooden pallets need to be fumigated before they can be exported, and the time and cost of fumigation are relatively large. (usually 48 hours, the cost is about 20% of the cost), and the drugs used for fumigation are harmful preparations. In addition, pallets used for export must be removed or destroyed by the carrier. This greatly affects the use of disposable wooden pallets. The demand for wood from wooden pallets has caused huge waste or even destruction of forest resources. From the development trend, its raw material resources will be increasingly exhausted.

(2) The development of the industrialization of plastic pallets makes people continue to pursue higher production quality. With the continuous improvement of the requirements for production conditions, storage conditions, process control and quality control, wooden pallets cannot be overcome in terms of hygienic conditions and standardized production. limitations are increasingly exposed. Under such circumstances, plastic pallets began to appear and quickly gained a place in the market. Compared with wooden pallets and pallets made of other materials, it has good integrity, hygienic and cleanliness, and has the characteristics of light weight, no spikes, acid and alkali resistance, no qualitative change, easy cleaning, and no need for fumigation during use. Its service life is 3-8 times that of wooden pallets, and the waste pallets can be recycled, and the single-use cost is much lower than that of wooden pallets.
