EPAL EPAL QR Code Pioneer Project opens in Lujie, Shandong

On July 24, 2024, EPAL Asia's first QR code tray manufacturing pioneer project was launched at Shandong Lujie Packaging Group Co., Ltd. Shandong Lujie Packaging Group (license number CN-051) joined EPAL Epa in 2017 and successfully upgraded to a senior license holder in 2021. During the registration and evaluation process of the Pioneer Program, it stood out with its unique information technology background, rich production and maintenance operation experience, and diverse mechanical operation scenarios. The EPAL Epa QR code tray has officially landed in Europe this year. Based on the production operation situation in China, this pioneering plan will jointly explore and develop integrated solutions with printing equipment suppliers, production equipment manufacturers, and EPAL Epa's headquarters in Germany.

The project team visited the European standard tray automatic production line equipment of Lujie Packaging in the factory and discussed the design and installation of inkjet printing equipment related to EPAL EPAL intelligent European standard trays.

In the afternoon, project team members and Mr. Michael Brandt, the head of the technical department of EPAL Epa European Tray Association headquarters, had a remote meeting to exchange information on the installation of inkjet printing equipment and the cost of related materials, the feasibility of reading the QR code of intelligent trays and related software for use in China, the anti-counterfeiting system of QR code inkjet printing, and the current production status of EPAL Epa intelligent European standard trays in Europe.

After the meeting, the project team members expressed satisfaction with the factory visit and member communication results, and will design relevant plans and concept animations as soon as possible, implement the testing of inkjet printing imprint heads and the original production line of the factory, and make every effort to promote the landing of the QR code pioneer project.
